Returns Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, in the original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact us at pitchperfectfootballfactory@outlook.com with your order number.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the item has been recieved back. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Customers must return the items to the agreed return address at their own cost by post.
